  • Cardiac morphology (congenital heart disease, structural heart disease planning such as TAVR, LAA closure, MitraClip).
  • Aortic imaging (aneurysm, dissection)

  • Myocardial perfusion and viability assessment with dual energy
  • Compare with old CT generation such as  CT Brilliance 64 e.g. that has a good quality for general scans, but less suitable for heart or small vessel imaging when SOMATOM Force – Excellent image quality, with high spatial and temporal resolution, minimal motion blur from the heart, and very sharp images even at low dose.
